A parents job is never done, ever hear that before. As parents it is our job to do our selves out of a job, by instilling good values in our children as they grow and develop through the years we have with them. But the job of a parent is the one of the most challenging and most important job any of us will ever have. In todays fast paced society many challenges will confront us and our children and yet every day our children introduce us as parents new challenges and bring us just as many rewards.

Each child is different, it is difficult to compare one with another...to say your brother did this why can't you is missing the beauty of our children completely! As each is unique, each comes to this world with gifts and qualities to offer all of us. And as parents it is important to nurture and develop these gifts but at the same time to keep in mind that we to differ in how we help and nurture each child. As each of our children are unique so must be our approach as we lend our years of expirence and knowledge base to our children from which they will develop their own. Als no one parenting style is better than another or perfect, the same is so very true of our children, there is no one child who is better or worse than another. 

Remember, although it's tough, parenting is the most rewarding work you will ever do!
